• Use the provided cloth gently to wipe away dust.
• Avoid exposing the bag to sharp surfaces such as jewelry, keys, or other abrasive objects that may cause scratches.
• Store the bag in a dry, cool area, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
• Keep the bag inside the dust bag when not in use.

It is important to take into consideration that brass accessories are also sensitive to heat, scratches, and moisture.

Clean brass gently with a soft cloth, avoiding soap, alcohol, or any chemical products.

We make every effort to ensure that the colors of our products in the pictures accurately represent the actual product. However, please note that color variation may occur due to factors as:

To initiate an exchange for a different color or size, please follow these steps:

1. Upon receiving your order, inspect the product in the presence of the courier. The courier will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes for inspection.

2. To be eligible for exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

- Hand over the item to the courier and specify the exchange details.

- We will process the exchange and deliver the new item within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item.

- Pay for the new order and hand over the item to be exchanged to the courier.

- We will deliver the new item within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item.

Please note that delivery fees will be charged for both the original order and the exchange.

These fees are non-refundable and will be applied to each shipment.

You can verify the condition of the product in the presence of the courier. No returns will be accepted after they have completed the delivery.

For orders within Egypt, our standard shipping timeframe is 2-3 business days for items that are in stock.

However, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
