We ensure that the pieces we deliver to you are of high quality and arrive in great condition.
You have the right to check the product before payment. The courier could wait 10 minutes maximum. If you decide to return it, you can give the order back to him, and that’s the only way to return or exchange items.
Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with the original packaging and all tags and accessories attached.
Kindly note: you will be charged for delivery and return fees.
Refund Policies
If you choose the online payment method, your refund will be completed via the original payment method once we receive the returned item.

You can request a refund in this case if you send the email or contact our Instagram page within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Once your request is accepted, we will proceed with the refund, including the delivery cost.
Refunds are not accepted after 24 hours from receiving the order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
