 Are ENAZZAKI bags genuine leather?

Yes, most of our products (bags and footwear) are made from genuine leather, except for the pieces we don’t mention, which are.

 and they come in two materials: plain and printed.

 

Is ENAZZAKI an Egyptian brand?

Yes, all our products are proudly made in Egypt by talented Egyptian craftsmen.

 

How can I clean and maintain my bag?

Genuine leather is soft and delicate, so:

 

  • Use the piece of cloth provided with every bag to wipe away dust smoothly.
  • Save your bag from scratches by avoiding sharp surfaces and sharp items such as jewelry and keys.
  • Store the bag away from water, direct sunlight, and heat.
  • Keep the bag inside the dust bag and in a dry area when not using it.

It is important to but in consideration that brass accessories in our products are also sensitive and must be kept away from heat, sharp items, and wet areas.

Use the soft cloth to wipe brass gently.

Don’t use soap or any other chemical products to clean the brass.

 

Do your products' color in reality matches the photos?

 Yes, and we are doing our best to match the color degree between reality and the photos.

But note that the color may change depending on your location, lighting, or your device’s brightness.

 

How can I exchange for another color or item?

 You have the right to check the product when receiving it from the courier.

The courier could wait 10 minutes maximum, so please decide before he leaves.

The piece you want to exchange must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with the original packaging and all tags and accessories attached.

For online payments:

Give the courier the item you want to exchange, and we will provide you with the new piece within 2-3 days from the date we receive it from the shipping company.

For cash:

Pay the order costs, give the courier the piece you want to exchange, and we will provide you with the new one within 2-3 days from the date we receive it from the shipping company.

Kindly note: you will be charged for delivery fees for the order and for the exchange.

 

How long does it take to deliver an order?

All available pieces in stock are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, depending on your location (inside Egypt only).

It may take more days if the item you ordered is in the process of being made.

Delivery may face some delays during feasts and national holidays. which are out of our control.

 

Can I cancel the order?

 Only you can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order.

Purchasing via website:

Send us an email asking for cancellation within the period of time stated before.

 Purchasing via Instagram account:

Send us a cancellation message within the same period of time.

Kindly note that if you cancel the order after 24 hours from ordering it, you will be charged for delivery fees when the courier arrives.
